Job Description

The Operations Analyst/Ecommerce Expert is a key role that oversees the end-to-end operations of customer service, fulfillment, marketing, and product management. The ideal candidate will lead and streamline processes to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and alignment with quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Operations Management:
  • Lead teams in implementing technical solutions to optimize workflows and performance.
  • Identify, troubleshoot, and implement technical solutions to optimize business processes.
  • Develop strategic plans to improve operational efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and achieve business objectives.
  • E-commerce Expertise:
  • Leverage knowledge of e-commerce software to drive business growth and enhance user experience.
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimize email marketing campaigns, social media engagement, and affiliate program management.
  • Utilize data visualization tools to present findings effectively and inform business decisions.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with vendors, partners, and stakeholders to drive business growth and improvement.
  • Project & Fulfillment Management:
  • Oversee end-to-end fulfillment processes to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and alignment with quality standards.
  • Proactively manage inventory and operational workflows to meet customer and business needs.
  • Team Development & Collaboration:
  • Foster a culture of excellence, curiosity, and collaboration within the team.
  • Develop onboarding programs and provide continuous training to empower team members and align them with company goals.
