Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to manage our e-commerce platforms, optimize logistics processes, and enhance customer experiences. The ideal candidate will have expertise in dropshipping and third-party logistics (3PL) operations along the East Coast.

  1. The successful E-commerce Specialist will be responsible for managing end-to-end operations of our dropshipping and 3PL services, ensuring timely order fulfillment, inventory accuracy, and seamless delivery.
  2. They will collaborate with suppliers, vendors, and 3PL partners to optimize shipping routes, reduce transit times, and minimize shipping costs.
  3. The E-commerce Specialist will monitor and analyze key performance indicators related to order fulfillment, shipping efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
  4. Additionally, they will implement strategies to improve warehouse efficiency, such as optimizing layout, implementing automation technologies, and streamlining workflows.
  5. Close collaboration with marketing teams will also be required to coordinate promotional campaigns, product launches, and seasonal sales events.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To excel in this role, applicants must possess a Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.

  1. Proven experience (2 years) in e-commerce operations, dropshipping, and third-party logistics, preferably within the East Coast region, is essential.
  2. A strong understanding of supply chain principles, inventory management, and order fulfillment processes is crucial.
  3. Proficiency in e-commerce platforms like Shopify, WooCommerce, or Magento is also required.
