Responsibilities:

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating detailed and visually compelling interior design concepts for residential and commercial projects.

Main Responsibilities Include:

  • Create detailed and visually compelling interior design concepts for residential and commercial projects.
  • Develop and refine design plans, including floor plans, elevations, and 3D models using SketchUp and AutoCAD.
  • Produce high-quality renderings and visualizations using V-Ray or Lumion.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their design preferences, functional needs, and requirements.
  • Manage project timelines and deliverables while maintaining excellent client relationships.
  • Provide professional design consultations, including material selections, color schemes, furniture layouts, and more.
  • Work with the project team to ensure designs are implemented to the highest standards.
Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you will need to possess:

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (minimum of 2 years) as a Design Professional with a strong portfolio showcasing your expertise.
  • Proficient in SketchUp, AutoCAD, and rendering software (V-Ray or Lumion).
  • Excellent client-facing communication skills with the ability to manage client expectations effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and a creative approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being self-driven.
  • A passion for interior design and an understanding of current industry trends.
