Interior Designer

We are seeking a skilled and passionate Interior Designer to create innovative interior design solutions that blend creativity, functionality, and innovation.

This role involves developing and refining design plans, including floor plans, elevations, and 3D models using SketchUp and AutoCAD, as well as producing high-quality renderings and visualizations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create detailed and visually compelling interior design concepts for residential and commercial projects.
  • Develop and refine design plans, including technical drawings and specifications.
  • Produce high-quality visualizations and presentations for clients.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their design preferences, functional needs, and requirements.
  • Manage project timelines and deliverables while maintaining excellent client relationships.
  • Provide professional design consultations, including material selections, color schemes, furniture layouts, and more.
  • Work with the project team to ensure designs are implemented to the highest standards.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (minimum of 2 years) as an Interior Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing expertise.
  • Proficient in SketchUp, AutoCAD, and rendering software.
  • Excellent client-facing communication skills with the ability to manage client expectations effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment while also being self-driven.
  • Possession of current industry knowledge and trends.
