Assistant Manager Sales And Marketing Role

This role plays a vital part in the success of sales and marketing operations within a specific region.

  • Maintain and manage data and reporting capabilities across the region using systems like ConnectWise and Marketing Cloud.
  • Enable successful marketing and sales activities through provision and maintenance of clean, quality assured data.
  • Analyse data to draw insights and inform strategic decision making.
Main Responsibilities
  • Create and manage account management, cluster accounts and cluster relationships.
  • Define, create and compile marketing lists.
  • Organise disparate databases into a clean, organised database.
  • Sell, support and promote Digital products in the market.
Key Job Requirements
  • Excellent communication skills are essential for this role.
  • Accurate and comprehensive analysis of marketing campaigns and regional reporting requirements.
  • Contribution towards achieving sales targets.
  • Able to balance detail-orientation with high-level views and strategic focus.
  • Candidate must be customer centric and results driven.
Key Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as strong communication and interpersonal skills. A bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field is preferred, but not required.

Apart from their technical skills, they should also have a strong understanding of sales and marketing principles, as well as experience in managing databases and analysing data. They should be able to work independently and as part of a team, and be highly motivated and proactive in their approach to work.
