Power BI Business Intelligence Specialist

We are seeking a seasoned data visualization expert to join our team as a Power BI Developer.
In this role, you will be responsible for designing and delivering cutting-edge business intelligence solutions that drive data-driven decision-making across the organization.
Your primary focus will be on crafting interactive reports and dashboards using Power BI, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, analyze data, and create effective visualization solutions.
You will leverage your expertise in complex data modeling, DAX development, security and governance, source control and DevOps, SQL development, and autonomous delivery to drive business outcomes.
We require a professional with a deep understanding of dimensional modeling and star schemas, experience working with databases, and a proven track record of designing and publishing complex Power BI models and reports.
Key Responsibilities:- Design and develop interactive reports and dashboards using Power BI
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver business outcomes
- Develop and maintain complex data models using DAX and SQL
- Implement security and governance best practices to ensure data integrity
- Manage source control and DevOps processes to ensure efficient delivery
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology
- 6 years of experience as a Power BI Developer or in a similar role
- Proven track record of designing and delivering complex Power BI solutions
- Deep knowledge of DAX, RLS, and calculation groups
- Strong understanding of dimensional modeling and star schemas
- Experience with data modeling and report design best practices
- Knowledge of SQL and working with databases
