WORK WITH A PURPOSE AND DEVELOP A CAREER IN THE GROWING MENTAL HEALTH SECTOR

We are a team of mental health researchers, practitioners, and software engineers who work to improve humanity's mental well-being using advanced behavioral sciences and online digital tools. Our team has built a strong client base of large and small private and government mental health agencies, including the U.S. military and state-wide organizations, and is used by several universities to train psychology students to prevent and overcome mental health struggles. Our international market includes 23 countries and is translated into 6 languages.

AN EMERGING SECTOR:

We are moving out of the development stage and preparing to grow within the mental health sector. With 1 in 5 people experiencing mental health struggles and over 43% of the North American population experiencing stress, demands to increase mental health support by government, corporate and private sectors have never been higher.

WE ARE SEARCHING FOR LEAD GENERATION PROFESSIONALS:

You are a successful and mature lead generator who understands the science, art, and disciplines of persuasion to book presentations. You also have a solid track record in convincing prospects to attend online Zoom presentations to learn more about our two products:

  1. A software that helps therapists and counselors increase effectiveness.
  2. A team of healthcare and software experts who consult healthcare groups to improve operational effectiveness and clinical outcomes.

JOIN OUR TEAM - WE ARE GROWING:

We are growing and immediately seeking to hire 5 experienced lead generators to join our business development team. The successful candidate will work from our head office in Islamabad, Pakistan, and will have at least 2 years of experience in lead generation with a minimum of a 4-year university degree and references. This position is part-time (4 hours a day), with flexible shifts available:

  • Plus bonuses and commissions.
  • Opportunities to progress within the corporation in the full sales cycle.

SKILLS EXPERIENCE - REQUIRED:

  1. Minimum 2 years in lead generation.
  2. Excellent English written and verbal communication skills. A strong accent is not accepted.
  3. Strong competencies in web researching.
  4. The ability to persuade prospects and lead them to sales presentations.
  5. The ability to grasp a full understanding of our scientific products.
