About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and result-driven Sales Executive to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

Responsibilities include visiting distributors, dealers, builders, projects, industries, and prospective customers regularly to promote company products, managing an assigned sales territory or product line to maximize sales revenues, and monitoring market trends to develop sales and marketing strategies.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for establishing and maintaining effective contacts with consultants, architects, builders, and contractors, providing pre-sales, during sales, and post-sales services, overseeing commercial, project, and institutional business both within and outside the city, and coordinating and organizing sales promotional activities such as product awareness meetings and training sessions.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (BBA) or Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA), 4 years of experience in sales and marketing, and market-competitive salary including commission, leave encashment, fuel allowance, SIM, annual bonus.

Working hours are 10 am - 7 pm (Monday - Saturday), and the location is DHA Phase 1, Karachi.
