Job Overview:

The Digital Media Operations Specialist will be responsible for managing the end-to-end planning, execution, and optimization of all digital media campaigns across various platforms. This includes close collaboration with digital media agencies, internal marketing teams, and analytics functions to ensure campaigns meet KPIs, drive ROI, and align with brand objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for managing digital media campaigns including planning, buying, execution, optimization, and performance tracking.
  • Implement full-funnel digital strategies to support brand campaigns and product launches.
  • Collaborate with creative and media agencies to ensure synergy between messaging and channel selection.
  • Monitor campaign performance; generate detailed insights and reports for internal review.
  • Define digital media KPIs in alignment with business goals.
  • Manage digital media budget utilization ensuring optimal allocation.
  • Maintain billing records, campaign logs, and vendor documentation for financial transparency.
  • Work with analytics and tracking teams to ensure accurate tagging and data collection.
  • Evaluate publisher and platform performance recommending new channels and technologies.
  • Collaborate on A/B testing and experimentation to improve campaign effectiveness.

Requirements:

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, or related field preferred.

Experience:

  • 4-5 years of experience in managing digital media campaigns, media buying, ad-tech tools, analytics, and digital reporting.

Taxation compliance, procurement, payables are an added bonus in a candidate who has experience of working in ERP system.
