Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Support Services Professional to join our international customer care team. As a key member of the Operations department, you will be responsible for providing solutions to technical problems and claim resolution to customers via phone calls.

Responsibilities
  • Assist customers with the claim filing process, including approving and denying claims via phone call.
  • Maintain a high level of service through friendly, efficient, and attentive interactions with customers.
  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences as measured by performance objectives and maintain core company values.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone calls.
  • Diagnose and resolve customer product issues efficiently.
  • Explain complex technical concepts in simple terms to assist customers with resolving technical issues.
  • Stay up-to-date on similar product symptoms to provide accurate solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and practices.
Requirements
  • O Levels/Matric or above.
  • American or neutral accent.
  • Proficiency with MS Office (particularly MS Excel and MS Word).
