The Senior Technical Manager will lead and oversee a team of Technical Managers, ensuring the successful execution of projects, maintaining technical excellence, and driving innovation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Mentorship and Management: Guide Technical Managers, set objectives, track KPIs, and foster innovation for high performance and growth.
  • Project and Delivery Management: Oversee projects, ensure quality and alignment, mitigate risks, and uphold best practices and security standards.
  • Technical Strategy and Innovation: Define and implement tech strategies aligned with business goals, drive innovation, and collaborate with stakeholders to enhance capabilities.
  • Process Optimization: Optimize development processes, enhance team efficiency, and ensure scalable, secure solutions through automation and best practices.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Bridge technical and business teams, translate needs into requirements, ensure project execution, and communicate strategies to leadership.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in software development, with at least 3+ years in a leadership role managing multiple teams.
  • Strong expertise in software development, cloud technologies, DevOps, and system architecture.
  • Experience in agile methodologies and project management tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and team-building skills.
