Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Payables Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for processing invoices, managing budgets, and supervising teams.

About the Role:

  • Process invoices for validation against contracts, service Local Orders, Approvals, Utilities, and taxes as per approved checklist.
  • Check the status of suppliers in the list of Active Tax List for Filer/Non-Filer from FBR Website and other tax compliance.
  • Recheck bank payment vouchers in ERP and tax templates.

Responsibilities:

  1. Inspect bills for processing, including validation against contracts, service Local Orders, Approvals, Utilities, and taxes as per approved checklist.
  2. Manage queries and ERP errors with TF Section & IT Department when necessary.
  3. Supervise in preparation of MIS reporting to Finance and Accounts department with the help of Oracle and Excel database sheet.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 4 years of experience in financial operations, preferably in a similar role.
  • ACCA or CIMA certification would be an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
