
Support Services Manager

The ideal candidate for this role will be highly organized and proactive, with excellent communication and time-management skills. They will have prior experience in office management, administrative support, or a similar role, and a strong understanding of business principles and practices.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing administrative tasks, coordinating schedules, handling vendor relationships, and generating insurance-related documentation. They will also assist staff with administrative needs, plan and execute office events, and maintain organized filing systems.
Responsibilities:
- Administrative Tasks: Manage office supplies, equipment, and facilities to ensure a productive work environment.
- Scheduling: Coordinate calendars for staff, schedule meetings, and book conference rooms or virtual meeting platforms.
- Vendor Management: Liaise with vendors and service providers to negotiate contracts, schedule services, and resolve issues.
- Insurance Documentation: Generate and manage insurance-related documents, such as certificates of insurance, claims forms, or policy renewals.
Requirements:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field preferred.
- Experience: 2+ years of experience in office management, administrative support, or a similar role.
