Content Management Position

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate individual to lead our content team. This role is ideal for someone with expertise in proofreading, re-structuring, and editing articles.

The selected candidate will oversee a team of onsite and offsite writers, driving the mission to revolutionize the automobile buying, selling, and maintenance experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop an editorial strategy aligned with marketing goals.
  • Lead a team of content writers and editors, assigning tasks and overseeing deliverables.
  • Plan, write, edit, and publish high-quality articles, blog posts, and promotional copy tailored to our target audience.
  • Optimize all content for digital platforms (website, social media, email, etc.).
  • Oversee the content calendar and ensure timely delivery of content across platforms.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to support campaigns through effective storytelling.
  • Review and refine submitted content for tone, accuracy, structure, and grammar.
  • Monitor content performance using analytics tools and suggest improvements.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital content.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in English, Mass Communication, or a related field.
  • Minimum 7 years of professional experience in content creation, editing, or management.
  • Proven leadership experience managing teams.
  • A portfolio of published work demonstrating versatility and excellence.
  • A strong understanding of content marketing and audience engagement.
  • Excellent writing and editing skills with a command of grammar, structure, and tone.
  • The ability to handle multiple projects, set priorities, and meet deadlines.
