Operations Assistant Manager

We are seeking an experienced Operations Assistant Manager to support the General Manager in driving departmental success.

  • The ideal candidate will assist the GM in developing and implementing operational strategies, ensuring effective coordination of daily tasks and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • They will oversee maintenance activities, monitor budgets and resources, and guarantee timely completion of projects and objectives.
  • Additionally, the Operations Assistant Manager will supervise officer-level staff, provide guidance, training, and motivation to ensure they meet their responsibilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential for building trust with clients, understanding their needs, and managing recoveries efficiently.
  • Proficiency in project management and data analysis is crucial for creating reports, evaluating performance, and making informed decisions.

The successful candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree from a reputable institution and a minimum of 4 years' relevant experience. A Master's degree in Business Management would be advantageous.
