We are seeking a highly skilled professional to oversee all branch activities and progress in the region, focusing on marketing & sales. The ideal candidate will have strong relationships with key stakeholders, including purchase departments, end-users, and biomedical teams at hospitals.
Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing & sales plans for their region, working closely with the Marketing & Sales Departmental Head to ensure alignment with company goals. They will also lead all marketing & sales activities, including product presentations and demonstrations, and develop business plans and sales strategies to drive profitability.
Business Development
This role involves building a positive image of a trusted equipment supplier and after-sales service provider in local hospitals, driving growth through effective marketing and sales strategies. The ideal candidate will possess excellent presentation skills and be able to develop and implement business plans to achieve company sales goals and profitability.
Administrative Support
The role includes responsibility for all office general administrative matters, including attendance, petty cash handling, bank accounts management, official communication with head office, stock handling, and reporting to head office as per policy. The ideal candidate will have good organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
Qualifications
Essential Skills:
1. A graduate degree, preferably Master Degree holders in Marketing.
2. At least 5 years of marketing & sales experience in a similar capacity.
3. Willingness to work according to company vision.
4. Good personality and attitude.
5. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
6. Expert knowledge of Computer Operations / MS Office.
