
Office Operations Executive

Responsibilities- Collaborate with HR to maintain office policies as necessary.
- Oversee office operations and procedures.
- Manage relationships with vendors, service providers, and landlord, ensuring timely invoicing and payment.
- Provide general support to visitors.
- Ensure office services are managed efficiently by organizing correspondences, designing filing systems, reviewing supply requisitions, and assigning clerical functions.
- Maintain office efficiency by planning and executing equipment procurement, layouts, and office systems.
- Analyze special projects and keep management informed.
- Plan and prepare annual budgets for the office, monitor expenditures, analyze variances, and make necessary corrections.
- Design and implement filing systems.
- Ensure data security, integrity, and confidentiality.
- Coordinate schedules, appointments, and bookings.
- Monitor and maintain office supplies inventory.
- At least 5-10 years of experience in office management.
- Proficiency in accounting and inventory management software.
Hospital and healthcare industry, Pakistan.
