  5. Understand customer needs and propose suitable solar solutions.
  6. Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth.
  7. Collaborate with technical teams for solution proposals and project details.
  8. Attend industry events, exhibitions, and local marketing activities.
  9. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client feedback.
  10. Provide regular reports on progress and market insights.
Requirements:
  • Relevant education and experience in sales, marketing, or a related field (solar or energy sector preferred).
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic knowledge of solar energy solutions (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Self-motivated, confident, and target-driven.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and independently to achieve sales targets.
