**About the Role**

We are looking for a highly skilled Global Business Expansion Specialist to drive our company's growth strategy. In this full-time, on-site role, you will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, building strong relationships with international clients, and developing strategies to achieve sales targets.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a strong grip on the English language, and a proven track record in business development or sales. Experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or the software industry will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand our client base.
  2. Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with international clients.
  3. Research market trends and competitors to inform strategies and stay ahead in the industry.
  4. Prepare and present business proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
  5. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and client satisfaction.
  6. Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance goals.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  2. 3–5 years of proven experience in business development, sales, or account management (preferably with international clients).
  3. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong grip on the English language (both written and spoken).
  4. Experience in preparing business proposals, negotiating contracts, and handling client accounts.
  5. Experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, or the software industry will be preferred.
  6. Ability to work independently and take initiative to achieve goals.
  7. Proficiency in using CRM tools and other sales-related software is a plus.
  8. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
