
Part-Time Financial Coordinator

A part-time evening position is available for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to manage daily financial transactions.
This role involves maintaining accurate and complete financial records, preparing monthly financial statements and reports, and collaborating with the team to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
Key Responsibilities:- Financial Transaction Management: Manage daily financial transactions, including accounts payable/receivable, invoices, bills, and bank reconciliations.
- Financial Statement Preparation: Prepare monthly financial statements and reports to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with the team to ensure timely and accurate financial reporting.
- Other Tasks: Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting.
- Proficient in using accounting software, specifically QuickBooks.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
