Job Description:

We are seeking a driven Marketing Executive to spearhead growth through data-backed performance campaigns and digital initiatives. Your expertise in driving high-intent traffic and optimizing paid and organic media channels will be pivotal in achieving revenue and ROAS targets.

As a key member of our team, you will lead seasonal campaigns to drive sales and brand awareness across digital channels, collaborating with the creative team to optimize website and landing pages for conversions.

Additionally, you will monitor, analyze, and report campaign performance with actionable insights for continuous improvement, assisting in A/B testing of creatives, copies, and landing pages to identify top-performing combinations.

With your hands-on experience in Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, and Google Analytics, you will be able to manage multiple campaigns and deliver under deadlines, showcasing excellent communication and collaboration skills.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in performance marketing, preferably in e-commerce or beauty/skincare industries.
  • Hands-on experience with Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, and Google Analytics.
  • Understanding of conversion rate optimization and digital funnels.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze campaign metrics and derive insights.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and deliver under deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
