We are seeking a skilled Business Development Executive to join our organization.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent verbal communication and comprehension skills, as well as a neutral or non-inflected American or British accent.

A basic computer, Internet search, and written communication skills are also essential.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of sales in the software industry and be able to identify, qualify, and secure business opportunities to build strong relationships with current and potential clients.

Collaboration with sales and leadership teams is crucial to secure, retain, and grow accounts and coordinate business generation activities.

Maintaining and developing relationships with new and existing customers via telephone calls, SMS, and emails is a key responsibility.

  • Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections effectively.
  • Catering inbound leads (calls and emails) to make sales.
Job Requirements

A minimum of 1 year of sales experience in the software industry is required.

American or British accent is mandatory for this role.

Familiarity with international clients via telephone, email, and live chat is also essential.

Able to prepare proposals for projects and deliver them to clients within the agreed timeframe.

This role is based in Information Technology and Services and requires a flexible approach to meeting client needs.
