Job Description:

The successful candidate will serve as a critical support staff for the Finance and Administration teams at TAKMIL. Key responsibilities include maintaining accurate financial records, managing project-related tasks, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accurately maintain and update financial records to ensure transparency and accountability.
  • Coordinate project-related activities, including expense tracking, receipt management, and document maintenance.
  • Support financial processes, such as salary administration, reimbursement handling, and timely payment releases.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to guarantee regulatory compliance.

Requirements:

  • A relevant degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
  • A minimum of two years' experience in a related field.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of non-profit governance regulations, PCP, FBR, EAD, Audits, and renewal procedures is an asset.
