Administration and Liaison Coordinator

We are seeking an Administration and Liaison Coordinator to manage relationships with government departments, prepare and maintain documentation, and coordinate protocol for company VIPs while ensuring smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Represent DWP Group in day-to-day matters related to government departments.
- Prepare, submit, and maintain records of official business.
- Assist in preparing and submitting documents.
- Ensure proper filing and safekeeping of all official documents.
- Support the coordination of protocol for company guests.
- Maintain liaison with government and semi-government departments.
- Handle additional tasks or projects assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Intermediate or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in administration, preferably in a PR role.
- Proficiency in MS Office, excellent communication skills, and ability to work with cross-functional teams.
- Willingness to travel to project locations when required.
