Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of consultants to engage in world-class IM consulting with leading enterprises around the globe, creating a 'wow' factor and everlasting relationships with customers.
  • Drive the efforts to continually contribute towards operational excellence.
  • Be accountable for achieving assigned revenue targets.
  • Build and lead a team of high-performing professionals and keep them motivated.
Requirements

You must be able to prove that you:

  • Hold a degree in Engineering or related discipline.
  • Fit into our company culture.
  • Are an expert in at least 1 IM enterprise technology.
  • Have knowledge of multiple business domains and fluency in at least 1 business domain.
  • Can lead multiple projects concurrently.
  • Have the ability to inspire and create a positive influence on people.
  • Possess consultative selling ability.
  • Have strong email writing, presentation creation, and documentation skills.
  • Can create deep relationships with Customers and Partners.
  • Can run highly interactive sessions with audiences.
  • Have a constant drive for personal and organizational growth.
  • Can source and hire top performers.
  • Are proactive.
  • Excel in technical/business/sports/any other competitive area.
