About the Role

  • Assess the nutritional needs of residents and develop personalized meal plans that cater to their individual requirements.">
  • Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations and guidelines related to nutrition care.">
  • Monitor and document residents' nutritional status and progress, providing timely interventions as needed.">
  • Provide expert nutrition education and counseling to residents, families, and staff members.">
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve residents' overall health and well-being.">

Key Qualifications

  • ">
  • Bachelor's degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or a related field.">
  • Registered by the Commission on Dietetic Registration.">
  • Hold a Certification/License in good standing within the state of practice.">
  • Knowledge of state survey process and compliance with nutrition care regulations (desired).">
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.">
  • Maintain a positive attitude and effectively communicate with colleagues and stakeholders.">
  • Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination policies.">
  • Valid Driver's License (for multi-site Registered Dietitians).">
