Senior Marketing Strategist

 

Job Description:

  • The Senior Marketing Strategist will lead the development, implementation, and execution of comprehensive marketing strategies for residential, commercial, and high-rise projects.
  • He/She will be responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring advertising, promotional campaigns, and launch events for real estate projects.
  • Developing and managing marketing budgets, analyzing market trends, customer preferences, and competitor analysis are key responsibilities of this role.
  • Drive digital marketing campaigns to generate leads and support sales targets.
  • Oversee design and execution of project brochures, billboards, digital content, and promotional material to enhance brand visibility and ensure consistent messaging across all platforms.

 

Qualifications & Skills:

  • MBA in Marketing from a reputable university.
  • Minimum 8–12 years of experience in Real Estate Marketing, with at least 12 years in a senior management role.
  • Proven track record of successful marketing strategies for housing schemes, apartments, or high-rise/commercial projects.
  • Strong knowledge of real estate market dynamics, customer behavior, and property sales cycle.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing platforms, CRM tools, and MS Office.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
