Job Title: IT Auditor

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled IT auditor to join our team and take on various responsibilities including planning, executing, and reporting on technology audits across multiple systems and platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Plan and execute comprehensive IT audits, encompassing risk assessments, control testing, and detailed reporting of findings.
  2. Evaluate the design and operational effectiveness of IT General Controls (ITGCs), application controls, and manual controls reliant on IT.
  3. Conduct thorough cybersecurity reviews, data privacy assessments, and IT governance audits aligned with established frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST, and COBIT.
  4. Support integrated audits in conjunction with financial and operational audit teams, ensuring seamless collaboration.
  5. Assess third-party risk, cloud service provider controls, and IT outsourcing arrangements to guarantee the highest level of security.
  6. Prepare detailed audit reports featuring clear, concise, and risk-focused findings and recommendations for improvement.
  7. Track and verify remediation of identified issues and conduct follow-up audits as necessary to ensure resolution.
  8. Participate in special reviews, investigations, and system implementation reviews to provide expertise and guidance.
  9. Stay up-to-date with emerging IT risks, regulatory changes, and technological trends to maintain the organization's position as a leader in the field.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Accounting, or related field.
  2. A minimum of 4-5 years of experience in IT auditing, preferably from a reputable firm like Big 4.
  3. Possession of professional certifications such as CISA, CRISC, CEH, or equivalent.
  4. Strong understanding of audit methodologies, risk management, and control evaluation techniques.
  5. Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and cloud environments (AWS, Azure).
  6. Excellent analytical, communication, and report-writing skills.
  7. Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently or within a collaborative team environment.
