Nursing Services Director

The role of a lead nursing professional is critical in delivering exceptional patient care and ensuring the smooth operation of healthcare services. This position requires an individual with strong leadership skills, who can manage teams effectively and make informed decisions that improve patient outcomes.
A key aspect of this role is to oversee 24/7 staffing scheduling, ensuring that quality and safe patient care are maintained at all times. This involves coordinating with other departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration. Additionally, the lead nursing professional must be proactive in identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to enhance patient satisfaction and staff engagement.
This position also involves collaborating with multidisciplinary teams on quality projects to improve unit core processes. The successful candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, particularly communication skills, which are essential for building strong relationships with patients, families, and colleagues. A valid license from the Pakistan Nursing Council and certification in Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation, Safe Medication Administration, Aseptic Techniques, I/V Cannulation, and Paediatric Advance Life Support are required for this role.
