Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the position of Servicing Operations Director. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of high-quality services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assign and commit team members to work, ensuring quality and managing people management activities within the team.
  • Manage effective internal/external client relationships within a defined area of responsibility.
  • Liaise with multiple customers and suppliers in the global IT industry.
  • Manage business models within the Supply Chain industry / ITSM and ensure Service Level Agreement compliance.
  • Communicate with vendors and customers via various technology channels around the globe.
  • Update databases with changes and customer status.
  • Capture and interpret customer information.
  • Analyze problems and develop logical solutions with attention to detail.
  • Build service relationships with customers.
  • Lead teams and manage clients.
Required Skills and Qualifications

Essential Skills:

  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and basic analytical skills.
  • Basic Microsoft Office skills and a 'can do' attitude.
  • Flexible and adaptable in different situations and environments.
  • Solid understanding of complex processes.
  • A proactive approach to customer queries and problems.
  • Knowledge of e-supply chain and customer service required.
  • Flexibility to work rotating shifts.

Desirable Qualifications:

At least 2 years of experience in customer services, management, or account management.

Requirements: Flexible, adaptive, and proactive individual with excellent communication skills.
