Job Description: Digital Media Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Digital Media Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our digital marketing group, you will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies that drive brand awareness, engagement, and customer acquisition.

About the Role:
  • Create and curate high-quality content across multiple social media platforms to align with our brand voice and messaging.
  • Develop and implement paid social media campaigns to reach target audiences and drive conversions.
  • Analyze campaign performance using data analytics tools and adjust strategies accordingly.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and platform updates to ensure our digital presence remains competitive.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage and maintain our social media presence across Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
  2. Develop and execute content calendars to ensure consistent posting schedules and timely promotions.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate social media initiatives with broader marketing strategies.
  4. Monitor and respond to online reviews, comments, and messages in a timely and professional manner.
  5. Leverage data insights to inform content creation, ad targeting, and budget allocation decisions.
Requirements:
  • A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on social media management.
  • Excellent knowledge of social media platforms, including their features, tools, and advertising options.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to collect, analyze, and interpret complex data sets.
  • Proven track record of creating engaging content and driving audience growth through social media channels.
  • Familiarity with data analytics tools, such as Google Analytics or Hootsuite Insights.
