Job Overview

This role oversees the development and expansion of our insurance distribution network across multiple channels. Ensuring seamless, trusted, and accessible insurance experiences for customers is key to success.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Leverage data insights to drive channel strategy and product positioning.
  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and regulatory requirements to optimize distribution initiatives.
  • Negotiate with insurers, aggregators, and vendors to secure favorable partnerships.
  • Design and execute marketing campaigns to boost adoption and enhance customer trust.
  • Develop and lead high-performing teams across distribution and call center operations.
Key Qualifications:
  • Master's/Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, or related field.
  • 7-10 years of experience in insurance/fintech/banking with a strong background in senior management roles.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multi-channel distribution networks and drive business growth.
  • Strong understanding of insurance products, regulatory frameworks, and digital financial ecosystems.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Data-driven, customer-centric mindset with the ability to innovate beyond conventional distribution.
  • Strong leadership and team development capabilities.
