Insurance Associate

Responsibilities:
- Receive and address all types of complaints related to insurance promptly and effectively.
- Manage and complete all claim paperwork for pay-and-claim insured farmers efficiently.
- Identify potential clients through leads and referrals to expand our client base.
- Schedule client meetings to discuss insurance needs and provide appropriate guidance.
- Conduct follow-up calls with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns.
- Advise clients on suitable insurance coverage options based on their needs and circumstances.
- Perform periodic policy reviews to ensure clients have adequate coverage and update policies as necessary.
- Prepare comprehensive insurance proposals tailored to individual client requirements.
- Complete necessary documentation and submit to underwriters for approval.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field preferred.
- Proven experience in insurance coordination or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of insurance products, policies, and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite and insurance management software.
- Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively within a team environment.
- Valid insurance license or willingness to obtain one.
