Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled Marketing Operations Data Analyst to manage our marketing operations processes, including HubSpot Marketing Hub management, workflow and automation development, email sequence management, contact database management, data scrubbing and cleansing, data analysis and reporting, and process improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • ">
  • Manage and maintain our HubSpot Marketing Hub instance, including setup, configuration, and optimization of its various features and functionalities.">
  • Design, build, implement, and manage automated workflows and processes within HubSpot to streamline marketing and sales activities.">
  • Create, manage, and optimize automated email sequences for lead nurturing and customer engagement.">
  • Oversee the health and integrity of our contact database, including segmentation, list creation, and data hygiene.">
  • Proactively manage and segment email contact lists for targeted marketing campaigns and ensure compliance with data privacy regulations.">
  • Regularly perform data scrubbing and cleansing activities to maintain accurate and up-to-date records for sales within HubSpot and for data provisioning for ABM.">
  • Analyze marketing and sales data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform strategic decision-making.">
  • Develop and maintain custom reports and dashboards within HubSpot to track key performance indicators (KPIs) for marketing and sales activities.">
  • Identify opportunities for automation across marketing and sales processes and implement integrations between HubSpot, ZoomInfo, and other relevant business systems.">
  • Utilize advanced Excel skills, including a strong understanding of formulas and functions, for data manipulation, analysis, and reporting.">
  • Continuously identify and implement improvements to marketing and sales operations processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.">
  • Stay updated on the latest features and updates within HubSpot and the broader marketing technology landscape.">

    • Required Skills and Qualifications">
      • ">
      • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Data Science, or a related field.">
      • 7+ years of proven experience in marketing operations, sales operations, or a data analysis role within a marketing/sales environment.">
      • Extensive hands-on experience working with HubSpot Marketing Hub, with a deep understanding of its various features and functionalities.">
      • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formula creation, data manipulation, and the creation of pivot tables.">
      • Demonstrated experience in creating and managing automated workflows and email sequences.">
      • Proven ability to manage and segment large contact databases.">
      • Strong understanding of data tools like ZoomInfo, Infotelligent, Salesloft, etc.">
      • Experience with data scrubbing and data quality management.">
      • Solid understanding of marketing and sales analytics principles and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.">
      • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present data and insights clearly and effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.">
      • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.">
      • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team in a fast-paced environment.">
