Role Overview

The Forum Site is seeking a skilled Asst. Manager Marketing to promote it as a premier destination for businesses and individuals in Karachi Division, Pakistan.

This involves developing a comprehensive marketing strategy to attract leading brands from the retail and service industries while ensuring excellent customer service and relationships with tenants and occupants.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Plan and execute bi-annual events and promotional campaigns considering national holidays cultural events and other factors impacting attendance.
  2. Manage logistical support coordinating budgets and resources from various departmental heads and personnel.
  3. Negotiate with relevant officials to obtain necessary permissions for activities and events.
  4. Build and maintain strong relationships with current tenants and occupants addressing issues and providing regular face-to-face meetings to ensure satisfaction.
  5. Develop a database of key contacts at local businesses media outlets and organizations using it for direct marketing and PR purposes.
  6. Maintain a cross-media database facilitating communication with high-profile NGOs television companies and stakeholders.
Requirements

This role requires excellent communication computer and relationship management skills along with a strong background in marketing and experience with events promotional activities media and real estate marketing.

The ideal candidate should have an MBA in Marketing from a reputable institution and at least 3-5 years of experience in a similar role.
