Working closely with clients, technicians, and managerial staff is vital to ensure projects are completed efficiently. Providing leadership, training, coaching, and guidance to junior staff is also an essential aspect of this role.

You will allocate resources and maintain cost efficiency while ensuring solutions meet business needs and requirements. Performing user acceptance testing and managing projects, developing project plans, and monitoring performance are also critical tasks.

This role requires updating, implementing, and maintaining procedures, prioritizing initiatives based on business needs and requirements. Serving as a liaison between stakeholders and users and managing competing resources and priorities are also key responsibilities.

Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects is essential to success in this position. The ideal candidate should possess discretion and trustworthiness, excellent oral and written communication skills, organisational skills, and the ability to multitask.
