Warehouse Operations Coordinator

This role is ideal for a highly organized individual who can effectively manage the flow of finished goods from production to storage and delivery to customers. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods while ensuring seamless logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate Receipt and Storage: Ensure timely receipt of goods from production, adhere to storage protocols, and accurately record transactions in SAP.
  • Prioritize and Dispatch Orders: Fulfill orders efficiently to meet customer satisfaction and Perfect Order, DIFOT targets for domestic and export customers.
  • Manage Inventory and Logistics: Effectively handle inbound and outbound logistics following FIFO/FEFO principles, manage inventory levels, and maintain accurate records in SAP.
  • Ensure Food Safety and Quality: Participate in Integrated Pest Management activities, ensure the warehouse environment meets food and pharma-grade Quality Management Systems, and maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Maintain Equipment and Report Issues: Ensure continuous operation of Material Handling Equipment (MHE) and promptly report any issues or maintenance requests to the supervisor.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor/Master's degree in Supply Chain Management or equivalent.
  • 2-4 Years' experience in Stores & Inventory Management.
  • English fluency, both written and spoken.
Preferred Skills:
  • SAP Proficiency: Experienced in using SAP or similar ERP systems for warehouse activities.
  • Initiative-taking Problem-Solving: Identify and address issues before they escalate.
  • Team Collaboration: Work effectively with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
Working Conditions:

This role requires working in a warehouse environment, which may involve physical activity, lifting, and standing for extended periods. The successful candidate must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
