Production Operations Manager

Location:

Jaranwala, Pakistan

Responsibilities:
  • Elevate efficiency by planning, monitoring, and controlling operation, maintenance, project functions, resources, and staff.
  • Operate and maintain complex systems including mechanical, electrical, instrumentation, civil, and utility systems.
  • Design mechanical and electrical systems to meet process requirements.
  • Manage inventory effectively by evaluating critical items, developing machine parts lists, and updating delivery statuses.
  • Oversee contractors for project jobs while ensuring timely completion within allocated budgets.
  • Lead a team of engineers to foster collaboration among intra- and inter-departments.
  • Implement continuous improvement projects to conserve energy and ensure compliance with policies.
  • Communicate with stakeholders and employees, conducting trainings to enhance worker capability.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering.
  • At least 20 years of experience in O&M (B. Tech) or 10 years (B.Sc./M.Sc.).
  • Previous work experience in Petro-chemical, Fertilizer, Process, Food, or Cement Industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of O&M of Mechanical & Electrical Systems and maintenance methodologies.
  • Working knowledge of ERP systems, Lean Six Sigma, MS Office, ETAB, AutoCAD, and Power BI.
  • Good understanding of international standards of EHS, IMS, GPM, ISO, and Food Safety.
