Job Title: Senior Software Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to play a key role in enhancing our testing processes and ensuring the delivery of high-quality software products.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Design, develop, and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for both manual and automated testing.
  2. Lead the testing process for complex software systems, including functional, regression, and performance testing.
  3. Create and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks to improve efficiency and coverage.
  4. Identify, document, and track defects, ensuring timely and effective resolutions.
  5. Collaborate with development teams to ensure requirements are clearly defined and meet quality standards.
  6. Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to junior QA engineers.
  7. Continuously improve QA methodologies and advocate for best practices in testing.
  8. Act as a mentor for less experienced QA team members, providing guidance on test design and execution.
  9. Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in software testing.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:

We are looking for someone who has:

  • At least 4 years of experience in QA engineering or software testing.
  • Proven expertise in both manual and automated testing.
  • Strong knowledge of test automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, Appium).
  • Experience working with issue tracking and test management tools (e.g., Jira, TestRail).
  • ISTQB certification or other relevant QA certifications.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
