Senior Quality Assurance Specialist

The Senior Quality Assurance Specialist will be responsible for ensuring that on-site executions align with defined quality standards, project specifications, and customer expectations.

  • Conduct on-site quality audits at all project locations across the country with team.
  • Evaluate installation work, finishing standards, and adherence to approved drawings and BOQs.
  • Perform contractor evaluations based on technical capability, quality adherence, and performance history.
  • Prepare detailed audit reports, highlight non-conformities, and follow through on corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
  • Ensure all quality control protocols and safety standards are implemented during on-site execution.
  • Support the Quality Assurance team in refining audit checklists and evaluation matrices.
  • Liaise with Project Managers, Site Engineers, and Design Teams to ensure timely resolution of quality issues.
  • Monitor and ensure that all materials and hardware used at sites meet approved specifications.
  • Provide training and awareness sessions to contractors and site teams on quality expectations and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Maintain a quality dashboard to report recurring issues and propose improvement strategies.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (preferably Civil, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering).
  • Minimum 4–5 years of experience in quality audits, preferably in interior fit-outs, furniture, construction, or finishing works.
  • Sound knowledge of quality standards, audit frameworks, and inspection procedures.
  • Strong understanding of site management, finishing works, and installation quality parameters.
  • Hands-on experience with contractor assessments and evaluations.
  • Excellent reporting and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and coordination abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and travel extensively to sites.
