Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily accounting operations, including bookkeeping, periodic, and ad-hoc reporting tasks.
  • Perform assigned accounting duties such as bank reconciliations, journal entries, accounts payable (AP), and accounts receivable (AR) tasks.
  • Draft financial reports, including annual statements, to provide stakeholders with accurate and timely information.
  • Support team members in creating financial models, cash flow projections, and profitability forecasts, promoting data-driven decision-making.
  • Compile and analyze financial data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for enhancing accounting processes and procedures.
  • Assist project managers/team leads in financial system transitions or upgrades, ensuring seamless implementation.
  • Undertake additional tasks as directed by the team lead and management to support the overall objectives of the accounting department.

What We're Looking For:

  • A Chartered Accountant (Finalist), ACCA Qualified, or equivalent professional with 2+ years of relevant experience, preferably in an international setting.
  • Proficiency in NetSuite and QuickBooks Online; bonus points for experience with Sage300, Xero, or Wave.
  • Expertise in financial management, GAAP, and long-term planning, with a proven track record of implementing advanced accounting software.
  • Proven leadership with excellent English communication and analytical skills, with a focus on client satisfaction and team collaboration.
  • Strong team management and project coordination abilities, with a passion for driving results-oriented initiatives.

The Details:

  • Location: On-site
  • Shift Hours: 8:15 PM – 5:15 AM Pakistan Time
  • Remuneration: Market-competitive salary with only 1% tax
