The ideal candidate should be capable of measurable strategic account planning, implementing tactics, executing programs, and managing customer/client relationships at various levels within the company.

Key responsibilities include expanding sales efforts in every way possible, acquiring and maintaining customers for the business, and planning and coordinating corporate activities as and when required.

Additionally, the successful candidate will act as head over all sales representatives and handle negotiations between the company and new clients.

Requirements

  • Strong presentation and negotiation skills
  • Confidence, tact, and a persuasive and professional manner
  • Good organizational business sense, time management skills, and ability to work to budgets
  • Good people skills for working with a range of colleagues and clients
  • Capable of leading and motivating the team
  • A willingness to work long hours, often under pressure
