We are seeking a talented and results-driven Retail Purchase Manager to join our leadership team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive purchasing strategies that align with the company's overall goals.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in managing large-scale purchasing operations, building strong supplier relationships, and driving cost savings initiatives. Additionally, they should possess excellent communication and analytical skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
A bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration or supply chain management, is required. An MBA or Master's degree in a related field is a plus.
Main Responsibilities:
- Developing and implementing purchasing strategies that support the company's business objectives.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key suppliers to ensure timely delivery of high-quality products.
- Identifying and implementing opportunities to reduce costs and improve efficiency throughout the purchasing process.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective supply chain strategies.
- Monitoring and analyzing purchasing data to inform strategic decision-making.
