We are seeking a skilled and organized individual to serve as our first point of contact.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet and welcome visitors in a professional manner.
  • Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls.
  • Maintain the reception area, ensuring it remains tidy and presentable.
  • Receive, sort and distribute daily mail and deliveries.
  • Assist with scheduling appointments and managing meeting rooms.
  • Maintain office supplies and inform management when inventory is low.
  • Provide general administrative support.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth office operations.
Requirements
  • A high school diploma or equivalent; additional administrative training is beneficial.
  • Proven 1 year+ work experience as a receptionist, front office representative or similar role.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Professional appearance and demeanor.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Customer service attitude and a team-player mindset.
Work Arrangement:

A full-time position in an office setting.
