Job Description

The Travel and Expense Manager is responsible for managing the daily operations of our Global Travel and Expense team. This includes conducting audits of expense reports, performing completeness and accuracy checks, and ensuring compliance with company policies.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Meet or exceed established goals and KPIs.
  • Conduct thorough audits of expense reports.
  • Perform completeness and accuracy checks.
  • Ensure accurate submission of expenses according to company policies.
  • Identify enhancements by analyzing processes/systems and exploring new functionalities.
  • Apply knowledge to resolve typical issues or situations.
  • Provide customer service and resolve issues for employees.

Requirements:
  • 5-7 years of experience in T&E domain.
  • Good accounting knowledge and exposure to shared service centers.
  • Exceptional fluency in written and verbal English.
  • Ability to learn standards & processes quickly.
  • Flexible approach with strong team spirit.
  • Effective interpersonal & communication skills.
