Job Overview

Dtelex Telecommunication is seeking a highly skilled HR Assistant/Executive to join its team. The ideal candidate will have proven working experience as an HR Manager or other HR Executive and possess excellent leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Reviewing performance evaluations and other reports to identify areas of improvement and develop strategies for growth.
  2. Developing and implementing training programs to enhance the skills of new employees and existing staff members.
  3. Negotiating salaries with Managers to ensure fair compensation for new hires while aligning with company objectives.
  4. Providing exceptional support to employees by answering questions, recording complaints, and investigating issues when needed.
  5. Maintaining employee morale through various initiatives such as bonuses, top performer rewards, and surveys.
  6. Fostering strong relationships with labor unions and other organizations to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
Requirements
  1. Proven working experience as an HR Manager or other HR Executive.
  2. Strong people-oriented and results-driven approach.
  3. Demonstrable experience with Human Resources metrics.
  4. In-depth knowledge of HR systems and databases.
  5. Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  6. Able to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company.
  7. Degree in Human Resources or related field.
