About the Role:

The Sales Recruiting Sourcer will be responsible for identifying and attracting high caliber sales candidates for multiple roles across different departments.

This role requires a unique blend of sourcing techniques, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and the ability to build and maintain a pipeline of top talent.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of high caliber sales candidates for multiple roles across different departments
  • Utilize social media networks to seek and connect with potential candidates
  • Review online portfolios and resumes to pre-screen candidates
  • Collaborate with hiring managers and recruiting team to identify each position's requirements and source candidates to match those requirements
  • Create compelling recruiting messaging and follow up with candidates
  • Log candidate information in our Applicant Tracking System
  • Measure and report on recruiting metrics
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Sourcer
  • Experience using Greenhouse or similar recruitment software
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills particularly business email writing knowledge
  • Good time-management skills with the ability to handle various open positions simultaneously
  • Advanced sourcing training is a plus i.e. Boolean Search LinkedIn AIRS certification etc.
