Job Overview

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the performance of retail outlets, ensuring their presence and productivity. They will also be in charge of gathering sales reports on a daily basis and implementing corrective measures as necessary.

A key aspect of this role is training outlet employees on customer service and product knowledge to enhance their skills and contribute to the overall success of the team.

Regular stock checks will be conducted to maintain effective stock control at the outlets. Additionally, the successful candidate will be required to conduct monthly performance meetings with the retail outlets team to discuss progress and areas for improvement.

Responsibilities will also include preparing performance management reports, customer feedback reports, and attendance records for the retail outlets on a monthly basis. Effective communication and negotiation skills will be essential when dealing with franchisee owners and shop-in-shop heads regarding retail issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise Retail Outlets Team by ensuring their presence and good performance at Retail Outlets.
  • Gather Sales Reports from Outlets on daily basis and ensure corrective measures where necessary.
  • Conduct Regular stock checks to ensure stock control at outlets.
  • Train the outlet employees on customer service and product knowledge.
  • Prepare Performance Management Report, Customer Feedback report, and attendance report of Retail Outlets on monthly basis.
  • Deal with Franchisee Owners and Shop in Shop Head for retail Issues.
  • Do surprise Visits at Retail Outlets (Time to Time) to check the Retail Team.

Work Environment
