Retail Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Retail Store Manager to join our team. As an Assistant Retail Store Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the success of our retail business.

Main Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership: Supervise and motivate a team of retail associates, providing guidance, support, and training for exceptional customer service and sales goals.
• Customer Service: Maintain a customer-centric focus by ensuring welcoming and personalized shopping experiences, addressing inquiries, complaints, and escalations promptly and professionally.
• Sales Performance: Collaborate with the Outlet Manager to develop and implement sales strategies, monitor sales performance, analyze trends, and provide coaching and support to drive sales growth.
• Inventory Management: Assist in managing inventory levels for optimal stock availability and minimize stock discrepancies through regular stock checks and reconciliations.
• Visual Merchandising: Work closely with the Visual Merchandising team to ensure effective product presentation and display according to company guidelines, monitoring visual standards on the shop floor.
• Operational Efficiency: Assist in implementing and maintaining efficient store operations, including cash handling, opening and closing procedures, and loss prevention measures.
• Staff Scheduling: Support in creating and managing employee schedules to meet customer demand while controlling labor costs.
• Training and Development: Assist in training new hires on company policies, procedures, and product knowledge, conducting ongoing training sessions to enhance skills and product knowledge.
• Reporting and Analysis: Generate reports on sales performance, customer feedback, and operational metrics, analyzing data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

Requirements:

• Education: High school diploma or equivalent, with additional education in retail management or a related field a plus.
• Experience: Previous experience in a retail environment, with at least 2-3 years of experience in a supervisory or assistant manager role.
• Retail Knowledge: Strong understanding of retail operations, including sales techniques, customer service, inventory management, and visual merchandising.
• Leadership Skills: Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer Focus: A customer-oriented mindset with a passion for providing exceptional service, resolving customer issues, and creating a positive shopping experience.
• Sales and Results-Driven: Track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets, with strong analytical skills to monitor performance and implement strategies for improvement.
