Job Title: IT Project Manager

Precise Technology Consultants offers a unique opportunity to excel as an IT Project Manager. In this role, you will lead project development from start to finish.

You will define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders. Develop full-scale project plans and associated communications documents to effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders.

Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals and draft budget proposals for approval. Identify and assess the need for additional staff and make recruitment decisions during the project cycle.

Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel and identify and resolve issues within the project team. Manage project dependencies and critical path to plan and schedule project timelines and milestones using suitable tools.

Track project milestones and deliverables, develop and deliver progress reports, requirements documentation, and presentations. Determine the frequency and content of status reports from the project team, analyze results, and troubleshoot problem areas.

Utilize the latest technology to monitor progress and proactively manage changes in project scope. Define project success criteria and disseminate them to involved parties throughout the project life cycle.

Job Requirements:
  • University degree in IT Management/IT Project Management or Software Management
  • 8 years of experience managing teams in project environments
  • Proficiency with commonly used software tools and methodologies
  • Superior interpersonal and written/oral communication skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to understand customer industry and core business processes
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Leadership skills
